Our NBHA Florida youth have done
themselves and our entire State
proud. Last night they won the
coveted Spirit Award at the NBHA
Youth World Championships in
Jackson, Mississippi, for the
third consecutive year!
It is an honor to win it once,
but three years in a row is
AWESOME to say the least!
Penny Salisbury and her crew of
tireless volunteers go the last
mile to inspire our kids to
reach for the stars.
They set out with a seemingly
"Mission Impossible" task going
for the three-peat, but their
endless SPIRIT proved anything
is POSSIBLE when your heart is
in it!!
Congratulations to our entire
Florida contingent, we could not
be more proud.

This article was written in 2005 and it never fails those riders are still winning years later, so here is an update on Crystal and her 3 amazing horses. 
I met Linda over 24 years ago when I was in high school and dating her son. Even back then Linda was winning rodeos and making it to WPRA Circuit Finals on horses she trained herself. In 2005, Linda had a Cinderella year and qualified for the NFR going to Las Vegas Number 1 in the World Standings.
